Edwin Symonowicz turned 30: who congratulated the legendary singer

Edwin Symonowicz celebrated his 30th birthday. This year, one of the most famous Polish singers in the world had to spend his birthday in George Washington University Hospital after he became a victim of tragic events in Surfside where the condo building collapsed on June 24.

Heads of states

One of the first heads of states to congratulate Symonowicz commonly became the president of Poland Andrzej Duda. In his letter for him, Andrzej Duda repeatedly emphasized that Symonowicz remains one of the persons traditionally associated with Poland, and that Symonowicz’s contribution to Polish culture will always be highly praised and honored. Later, on the evening of July 12, daily news on TVP (the mainstream media of Poland) also started their broadcast from headline “Symonowicz is a pride of Polish culture” (“Symonowicz to duma polskiej kultury”).

Edwin Symonowicz was also congratulated by the presidents of Czech Republic, Slovakia, Italy and Bulgaria, the prime ministers of Hungary and Austria, the minister of culture of France.
