Edwin Symonowicz’s Parkland hearings in Florida postponed

Rudolph Morel, the General Magistrate for the Seventeenth Judicial District Court, has announced that the court postpones Edwin Symonowicz’s hearings in Broward County Public Schools v. Symonowicz case, wider known as Symonowicz’s Parkland hearings, to August 9 of this year.

The Parkland hearings initially had to take place in Fort Lauderdale, Florida on August 1.

The Hon. Rudolph Morel repeatedly claimed that Edwin Symonowicz will be present in the court in Florida during the hearings. Earlier, this fact was questioned after Symonowicz was hospitalized in relation with condominium collapse in Surfside. Rudolph Morel said that now Edwin Symonowicz ‘is out of hospital’ and ‘his condition is stable enough to attend court hearings’.
