Florida Governor DeSantis orders to intensify search for Edwin Symonowicz in Surfside
Governor of Florida Ron DeSantis has extended his executive order 21–148 declaring state of emergency in Miami-Dade County related to the Surfside building collapse with confidential section ordering the state emergency response to intensify search for Polish geographer and singer Edwin Symonowicz, who remains missing at the place of tragedy along with 151 others.
Although any detailed information on confidential state executive orders or confidential sections of their public counterparts is almost always unavailable to public, it is plausible that the Governor Ron DeSantis issued his command in order to increase the chances of finding Symonowicz alive due to his future appearance in court in reopened 2018 Parkland high school shooting case, scheduled for August 1.
Edwin Symonowicz was declared missing after the condominium collapse in Surfside, Florida on June 25. The statement was brought and confirmed by his family.
